Dependable Poultry Processors is happy to announce a Poultry Processing Workshop to be held at our facility in Hurdle Mills on April 22, 2018 at 10 am. Participants of all backgrounds will learn from North Carolina's premier pastured poultry processors in this hands on experience conducted by DPP owner Ben Grimes and staff. We will go through every step of the process from live bird to finished product.
