3. Quantity of birds (please note we have a 200 chicken minimum)
4. Breed of birds
5. Preferred dates

Withdraw Feed and Crate

We recommend removing feed 16 hours in advance of your appointment but no later than 12 hours. Birds which have not had their feed withdrawn will have full crops and be full of manure. This takes extra work to clean and is unpleasant for our workers and unsanitary for your meat.

***A $100 penalty will be applied to each appointment that brings in birds with full crops.

All birds arriving at our facility must be crated (preferred) or somehow contained. If your chickens are not in crates we require that a farm employee catch and load their birds into our crates. DO NOT TARP YOUR BIRDS DURING TRANSPORT. Even in rain. This increases their risk of suffocation.

Processing and Packaging

Once processed your birds will be vacuum sealed, labeled with your farm information and logo. All of our product is legal for sale in North Carolina.

*** Please note that all payments are due upon receipt of your finished products. Checks or cash only. If cash please bring exact amount. We do not make change.

*** If you intend to sell your birds you must be listed as a Meat Handler under the NCDA.
